Collateral Management Services

It is essentially a method whereby a borrower's trading assets are used as security for a loan. It is a security instrument which enables the borrower, to deliver to the Bank legally valid documents evidencing availability of commodities under our control to grant a possessory pledge over goods stored.

Under this service, CGS will take legal and physical control of the premises storing commodities finances and issue warehouse receipt to the financier. CGS will be fully responsible for the goods as represented under warehouse receipt issued.
