- Quality analysis before discharge
- Monitoring of discharge from the verses hatch wise
- Supervision of weighing at the port weighbridge
- Monitoring of tracks from the port of Dar es Salaam to the receiving warehouses and Silos.
- Preparation of the daily discharge supervision report and Final discharge supervision report.
